
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations: Please complete our reservation form and mail to Coastline Travel Advisors, 12373 Lewis St. Suite 201, Garden Grove, CA 92840-4676 or fax (714.621.1038 ) with your deposit and copy of the inside page of your passport to Coastline Travel Advisors.
Prices, Deposit and Payment: Fares shown are per person. First Deposit: deposit of 20% of the package price per person is required within 7-days of reservation. FINAL payment must be received no later than November 1, 2010. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due dates. Your deposit constitutes acceptance to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Documents: A Passport must be valid for at least 6-months after completion of trip and there must be at least 6-blank pages in your passport. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR TRAVEL CONSULTANT IF YOU DO NOT HOLD A US PASSPORT. VISAS ARE REQUIRED FOR US CITIZENS IN BRUNEI, CAMBODIA AND VIETNAM AND MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PASSPORTS OTHER THAN US CITIZENS.
Included in Cruise Fare: Roundtrip economy air from 20 gateways; supplemental fee may apply for non-primary gateways. Gratuities for hotel porters; two private cocktail parties/lectures and two additional lectures with Dennis Prager; private lectures with Allen Estrin and private lecture with Susan Estrin.
Not included: Gratuities for bus driver and guides; passport, visas, fuel and security surcharges, and items of a personal nature such as laundry service and Internet.
Port Charges and Handling Fees: Fuel surcharges and handling fees are subject to change without notice.
Terms and Conditions: In all matters relating to the making of travel arrangements for hotels, sightseeing and transportation, Coastline Travel Advisors is acting only in the capacity of an agent for the suppliers of travel services. As an agent, Coastline Travel Advisors maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of travel service suppliers and assumes no responsibility or will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: 1) wrongful or negligent acts on the part of the suppliers; 2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts on the part of any employee of these suppliers; 3) any defect and/or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or used by any of these suppliers; 4) any wrongful or negligent act on the part of any other party not under the control, directly or otherwise of Coastline Travel Advisors.

150 - 91 Days Prior - A full refund (except $200.00 per person administrative fee).
90 - 61 Days Prior - 30% of invoice plus a $200.00 per person administrative fee
60 - 31 Days Prior - 55% of invoice plus a $200.00 per person administrative fee
30 - 16 Days Prior - 80% plus a $200.00 per person administrative fee
15 - 0 Days Prior - 100% of invoice or No Shows
In some instances, lost and/or unused airline tickets are not refundable or replaceable. We strongly recommend “Trip Cancellation” Insurance. Should you wish to decline insurance, a signed waiver is required.
Change Policy and Flight Check-in: Failure to check in for flight at least three hours prior to departure may result in a denial of boarding and a refund shall not be granted in such an event. Requests for deviations/changes of air flights within 90 days of the flight will incur a minimum charge of $200 per ticket in addition to any additional fees imposed by the airlines. Changes to the cruise or land portions could result in an additional fee per person plus any penalties imposed by the operator of such services. A name change may be considered a cancellation and subject to re-booking subject to availability.
Health/Disability Requirements: All guests are required to report in writing within 7-days of making their reservation; any physical or mental condition that may require medical or professional treatment requiring attention during the trip or that may require special care or assistance beyond that which Oceania Cruises, or our Tour Operators can provide; any condition that may pose a risk or danger to the passenger or anyone else on this trip or any condition that may require oxygen for medical reasons. By booking passage, the guest represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel and that guests will comply at all times with applicable rules and regulations. Oceania Cruises, Airlines and our Tour Operators reserve the right without liability to require a guest to disembark or to refuse a guest, who in their judgment is unfit to travel or may require care beyond that which is reasonably able to provide. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own collapsible wheelchair. Guests requiring special assistance due to physical disabilities should be accompanied by another guest who will be able to provide such assistance to them during the flights, cruise, tours, transfers, and in the event of any emergency.
Baggage and Valuables: Oceania Cruises, Airlines and our Tour Operators responsibility for lost, damaged or misplaced baggage and other property is limited by the passage contract. Oceania Cruises, Airlines and Tour Operators are not responsible for camera equipment, jewelry or other similarly fragile and valuable items contained in checked or unchecked baggage. These items, a well as medications, should be carried on/off by the guests themselves.

We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance. The coverage is available for: Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Travel Delay, Medical Expense, Emergency Medical Transportation and Baggage & Personal Effects loss or Delay. Additional Supplier Bankruptcy and default, cancel for business reasons or cancel for any reason policies may be available for additional premiums - please ask us if interested in these.
