Most Memorable Travel Experience
Trekking with mountain gorillas in Rwanda remains one of the most humbling experiences of my life. Sitting quietly just feet from a silverback and his family, after hiking through dense jungle, was a powerful reminder of how closely connected we are to the natural world. What stayed with me just as deeply, though, was the celebration that followed—dancing with locals in Kinigi village, surrounded by music, laughter, and an unmistakable sense of community. It perfectly captured what I value most in travel: reverence for place, shared joy, and moments that stay with you long after you return home.If Your Personality Was Depicted in a Property, Which Would You Be?
Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, Austria. Refined yet unpretentious, deeply rooted in its surroundings, and rich with soul. Set between lake and mountains, it blends history, natural beauty, and thoughtful luxury in a way that feels timeless rather than showy—elegant, grounded, and quietly magical.Travel Tip
Don’t over-schedule. Leave space for the moments you can’t plan—the long lunch that turns into dinner, the quiet museum corner you didn’t expect, the conversation that changes your day. You can find almost anything once you arrive, but time and presence are the real luxuries. Protect both. How Do You Define Luxury Travel?
Luxury travel is intentional. It’s the ability to move through a destination with insight, access, and ease—without feeling rushed or disconnected. True luxury isn’t about excess; it’s about thoughtful planning, trusted local partners, and experiences that feel personal and well considered, whether that’s a storied five-star hotel or a quietly remarkable place known only to those who pay attention.
