callanf@coastlinetravel.com

Based In: Denver, CO

Hotel I Wish I Lived In: La Residence, Cape Winelands

Specialties: Adventure, Beach & Sun, Wellness, Safari, Honeymoons

Bio: Travel has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From early family trips to living with host families in Spain and Italy, I’ve always been drawn to new places, cultures, and perspectives. After years in luxury hospitality and brand marketing, I traded campaigns for curating unforgettable journeys. Now, I help people plan trips that go beyond just checking boxes—whether it’s a weekend getaway or a bucket-list adventure. When I’m not building itineraries, you’ll find me skiing, hiking, supporting local live music, or exploring with my husband and our pup, Bowie.

Best Travel Tip:Leave room for spontaneity—the best experiences aren’t always the ones you plan. And if you want the real inside scoop, talk to bartenders, cab drivers, and locals. They always know what’s good.

Can’t Travel Without: Comfy sneakers, noise-canceling headphones, a jacket (I am always cold!), a refillable water bottle, and cooling eye patches.

On Bucket List: Japan, New Zealand, Bali & Nepal

Bio: My passion for travel started at a very young age. I remember traveling to Hawaii, Costa Rica and all over Europe with my family before I could even drive a car! As time went on I was also able to experience once in a lifetime destinations such as Kenya, Tanzania, and Egypt.

Now working in the travel industry, I can put my passion for adventuring towards helping others to make memories that will last lifetimes.

Best Travel Tip: Do your best to immerse yourself when traveling. While staying at your hotel can be fun, some of my favorite travel experiences are ones that were not planned but rather happened on accident just by walking around and chatting with other people.

My own travel highlights have been in destinations of natural beauty or wildlife -Alaska, Canada, Galapagos, Amazon, subarctic and Africa. I am attracted to remote places and diverse cultures. I would love to share your travel dreams. I may not know everything about everywhere, but with Virtuoso I am very well connected to someone who does.

Specialties: Adventure, Culture, History & Arts, Safari, River Cruising, Multi Gen Family Travel, Ocean Cruising, Food & Wine, Escorted Tours, Culinary

Bio: My mission is to inspire my clients to explore the world through travel & see life from a different perspective.

After 30 years as a consultant, I've developed key industry relationships. I prided myself on adaptation & innovations without losing a "hands on personal service approach."

I am Sicilian American, grew up in New Orleans (ask me about Mosca's). I thrive on Louisiana's culture, good food & the great music. I studied & worked in both Argentina (Economics & Tango Argentino) & Mexico (History & Revolution). I specialize in Italy & Latin America due to my experience in these regions. An avid scuba diver, I have dove the pristine reefs of the Maldives & Fiji.

I design seamless itineraries so you engage in culture, history, food, art & people. Consider a one on one with a Master Gaucho Silversmith in Argentina's Pampa or Private Experience with a Candombe Master (Uruguayan Drumming) at his workshop, in Montevideo

Colombia is also an adventure and gastronomic gem. Explore the heart of the coffee region complemented with hands on chocolate/cocao making classes on a privately owned finca.

I am committed to making your trip truly remarkable & life changing with a travel partner that is available to you every step of the way.
